A Journey to Wholeness Journal

Everyone is Worthy, Not Everyone is Whole

This wholeness book will help you find the “real” you and help you find the missing pieces of your identity. It’s time to be whole and stay whole. Complete the guided lessons and multiple-choice questions and begin living in freedom. All you need is a pen and a heart ready for change!

You deserve to know who you truly are; we all deserve that. Sometimes we learn about ourselves through family, friends, and co-workers (because, let’s be honest, sometimes they step on nerves we didn’t even know we had). Other times, we learn through SELF-DISCOVERY.

What is Wholeness? Why Do We Need It?

Wholeness is not the absence of problems. Wholeness is confidence in yourself to overcome all things versus subduing to helplessness. That confidence comes from your spirit, soul, and body aligning and agreeing with each other. A whole person is self-aware of her needs and her identity. Neither social media, social constructs, the past, nor the way people treat you, defines who you are. Your identity is centered in God. No matter what happens in life, including feelings and life-changing events, a whole person knows that if she stays still long enough to reconnect with herself and God, that her situation might not change, but she will.

To not be whole, you are missing pieces of yourself. Either you shut those parts off little by little as you experienced life, or you picked up other people’s identities along the way. Broken people fill their voids with sex, shopping, venting, working, or other things because they think that’s what they “need”. But really what they need is their whole self. A Journey to Wholeness: Activity Journal for Women will help you find where you lost your way. This book is not for everyone, but it might be for you.

Perfect for single women, married women, and post-grad women.
